I graduated from Western College of Remedial Massage Therapy in 2007. I have taken several additional courses to enhance my knowledge to better treat my clients. I am passionate about Therapeutic Treatment to get patients back to pre-injury status or to generally help them feel better by trying to release fascia through cupping and myofascial techniques as well as trying to give them an overall sense of well being.

I offer the highest quality of care to my clients. I am friendly and knowledgeable and care about all aspects of your treatment. I customize each treatment to meet your specific needs by incorporating a variety of assessment and treatment techniques that are best suited to you as an individual.
As part of my service, I will provide you with knowledge of self-administered pain management techniques such as stretching and strengthening exercises and the use of heat or cold therapy, which will help you get the most out of each treatment.

Cancellation Policy
Please note that there is a 24 hour cancellation policy, where a booking cancelled within this time frame or is missed will be charged full price by the credit card on file, or an invoice sent with payment immediately. Thank you for understanding that my time is valuable, and I have a waiting list of people that would love this time. :)

There is a waitlist available. If you add yourself to the waitlist and are automatically added from my system, it is your responsibility to check your emails, or text messages. Any missed appointments will also be charged full price on your credit card on file. Thanks for understanding and patience and I do not have a receptionist :)

Welcome to Botanica Healing and Wellness Practice!
Botanica Healing and Wellness Practice was founded and is owned by Kristy Holliday (formerly Kristy Achen between 2009-2018) in 2018.
This is a business for the Spiritual portion of my practice.
Separating Therapeutic treatments from spiritual will create less confusion for people looking for spiritual guidance.
Near the end of 2024 or beginning of 2025 I will be amalgamating these businesses as my name is no longer associated with my former name. Energetically, it is time to let it go of the past to pave a way to new beginnings.
